address and telephone number, if different then shipping address. This must
match the information that the card issuance bank has on file or the order
cannot be shipped.
If you wish to ship
the product to a different address, just make a quick call
to
the customer service department of your
credit card company to authorize the
shipping address (add additional shipping address as an alternate
address).
Shipping
We make every effort to ship all items on the
same day the order is placed. Any order placed on weekends or holidays will ship
on the next business day. Our primary carrier is UPS.

In the event that your order can not be
fulfilled, SBH will notify you via e-mail with the order status and
available options.
Returns
SBH will accept returned merchandise within
10 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in factory-fresh mint condition and
warranty cards must be blank. No returns will be accepted on opened blister
packaged items. All returns require a return authorization number and are
subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non
refundable
Tax
There is no tax on all orders shipped outside New
York state. Residents of New York State will be charged the applicable sales
tax.
Pricing
Although we do put an enormous amount of effort
to provide the most accurate, up to date information, errors can occasionally
occur. We will do our best to rectify all problems.

We guarantee
that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay
nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at
our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you
liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you
liable for any of this $50.00, We will cover the entire liability for you, up to
the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of
your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while
using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card,
you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules
and procedures.
